Upcoming Lottery and New family registration information

  • January 29-February 9- Current ACADIA families are asked to turn in their commitment to re-enroll form to hold their child’s spot for the 2018-2019 school year.
  • February 12th- Enrollment ad will be listed in local and county newspapers
  • February 12- March 12 Open enrollment: Any families interested in a spot for their child must submit a registration form. The form will be found on the school website closer to Open Enrollment and can be mailed, faxed, or emailed to the school.**Tours will be offered through the open enrollment period at 9 a.m. or 1 p.m. daily for prospective families.
  • March 12 at 5 p.m.- Open Enrollment for all families close
  • March 13-25- School personnel will determine if a lottery is needed and for which grade levels to make preparations.
  • March 26- Lottery, if necessary, is held at ACADIA at 6:00 p.m.
  • April 14th- any families who were selected to attend ACADIA must have their commitment to enroll letters submitted by April 13th or postmarked by April 14th at 5 p.m.
  • May 8th and 10th – New family information night. Attendance is required to one of these nights. This night includes completing and submitting registration forms, turning in required documentation such as birth certificate, immunization record, proof of residency, submissions of IEP and 504 documentation for program planning, and sign up for PreK and K screening.
