Now Accepting PUBLIC COMMENTS for the 

ESEA Title Program Application for 2027  

Acadia Academy accepts funding through the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) of 1965. As part of ESEA, the school must provide a reasonable opportunity for public comment on the application. Our planning team carefully considers these comments before we finalize and submit the application.  

The estimated funding allocations are:  

Title I Part A - $58,828.81 

Title I Part A - $22,582.97 

The school’s planning team has developed a draft proposal for using Title IA and Title IIA funding for the 2026-2027 school year. Throughout the spring and summer, school personnel and ESEA application team members gathered and reviewed school-level data to plan the use of ESEA funds for the upcoming year.  

The school will prioritize the following areas:  

1. Title I - Provide extra support to help students with the highest levels of academic need, including summer school.  

2. Title II - Provide professional development opportunities for staff in topics such as academic best practices, positive behavior management (PBIS), and the use of data to inform instruction.
